I researched decent levels required for each vitamin and this is the only product on the market I can find which hits the mark. They also use only the bioavailable best quality versions of the vitamins. It doesn't include calcium (which is good because I didn't want to supplement calcium - do your research on this one) and doesn't supplement iron which is fine because I'm on a separate high dose protocol to fix a deficiency. Everything else you really need is included though. The levels are similar for kids and adults so for efficiency sake, my kids and I take the same dose of this. Have noticed much less sickness and faster recovery plus higher energy levels since taking this. I also suspect it's helping me balance the iron supplementation appropriately (B vitamins) so my hair is thickening up again too.
