I love this product. I used other sugar substitutes on the keto / carnivore diet, but after using this product I can freely say that it is the best. It doesn't have an aftertaste like some others, but it tastes like regular sugar. It provides a sense of pleasure without the guilt. The only thing I wish is that there is a bigger package.
The sweetener is most successful for those on a keto diet or who want to maintain a low sugar level. The size of the bag is excellent for the price, I use it mainly for baking. Sometimes you grind it into a powder so that you don't have a granular consistency because it doesn't always melt well.. For example, with whipped cream, I will grind it and use it as a powder.

This is a delicious alternative. I like that it's in packets so that I can take it with me to restaurants. I began with 2 packets, but am down to only 1 needed. Just sweet enough to satisfy me. I don't use stevia any more as I read that it can affect fertility and so I am trying to change over to monkfruit instead. Great quality!
