I love that it doesn't have alcohol or strong mint, so the flavor is gentle but still works well. My 5-year-old uses it sometimes too. I think it aids my oral cleaning routine and I'm getting more very soon. I swear by xylitol now ever since my dentist gave me a sample of a xylitol toothpaste.

I really like the light but clean taste of this mouthwash. It doesn't blow you out of the water like some mouthwashes can, but my mouth definitely feels fresher after using it. I can't speak to long-term benefits yet. In theory the xylitol is supposed to be helpful. The bottle is easy to open and use. For now I will continue to buy it.

I've only just started using this product so I can't say how it works long term, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how mild it is! I've used Spry's other mouth washes and love them, but they're *so* strong that I usually do half water, half mouth wash in the cup, but I did an almost full cup of this to test and it wasn't strong at all. The taste is lovely, not too mild but not too strong. It's just perfect! It feels like I'm helping my mouth when I use it. Fantastic mouth wash for sensitive mouths!
