Advanced Magnesium Complex, 90 Capsules

I have been taking Advanced Magnesium complex for quite sometime now, never had any issues and it’s easy on your stomach too. AOR is an excellent brand and all their vitamins are great.

I take two capsules every evening, close to bedtime. I trust this brand. Very high quality!

This magnesium complex feels very well balanced and effective. I noticed better muscle relaxation and improved sleep quality after using it consistently. Aside from that, it’s still a solid magnesium supplement and a reliable alternative when our go-to option isn’t available. I didn't experience anything from my stomach so I assume the ingredients are all good.

I have been using this magnesium for about 2 weeks, the package is good but I didn’t see any improvement in my sleep, I still wake up middle of the night, I am waiting to see if it had any improvement on my hormones.

I love this magnesium complex for the quality of the ingredients and the immediate benefits I witnessed on my sleep ( I take it before bed) and my body in general. Having a physical demanding job, it is extremely helpful to relax my muscles at the end of the day.The size of the package keeps you covered for many weeks.

Good quality magnesium — helps with sleep and muscle tension, and doesn’t upset my stomach. That said, the capsules are a bit big and you need more than one for a full dose. Works well, but a little expensive for everyday use.
