The best form of natural vitamin C. I eat a lot of sweet peppers and kiwis, but when I need to increase my vitamin C intake I take this supplement along with magnesium. I find it very good and recommend it. The price is justified. I started this supplement after reading a guide on heavy metals called: How to remove mercury and mold from your body naturally. This is a high quality powder made from raw organic Camu Camu superfood without any other ingredient. I like that each serving size provides 239 mg of natural vitamin C, along with antioxidants and other health benefits that fit well into my diet. I usually mix it into maturely sweet juices, which nicely balances its typical tart taste. It feels suitable for any age, and I’m going to order another package.

camu camu powder isnt known to have greay taste but its important to immunity and protective when you are taking party pops at a festival.

High quality Camu camu. Tastes very bitter but i don’t mind it for its benefits. I mix it with cold water and drink it daily on an empty stomach. Cold water makes it taste less bitter for me.
I take two teaspoons of Camu Camu (in a half cup apple juice) with 2000 mg MSM each day and it takes away the pain in my tooth for cold/hot sensitive and the need to go to the dentist to have the tooth extracted or removed or drilled into.

I got this to try to increase my vitamin c intake, I don’t do well with synthetic vitamins so I chose this. It seemed to help with my immunity, histamine issues, and yeast issues (candida) symptoms. I recommend mixing it into something, i take it with a spoon but the powder is so dry i choke sometimes. The package is small but lasts me quite a while (I take around 1/2 tsp)
I use it with smoothies at morning , tastes not wow but it okay I mixed it with mint and lemon so I done taste that
