I bought this product based on a recommendation from someone who found it beneficial for hair and skin, as well as its ingredients that support women’s femininity. She advised me to use it twice a week because it shouldn’t be used daily due to its high estrogen content. However, it didn’t suit me at all. I’m not sure if it’s suitable for those under forty or over forty. The size is suitable, but I wouldn’t recommend it because it contains a lot of estrogen and may only be suitable for certain individuals.
I have been buying and using this product since 2004. Minus over 12 months when New Chapter could not explain why it was off the shelves. I cannot convince other women because everyone has to figure out their own body, but I believe in this product and benefits 200 percent. New Chapter has amazing, effective products and yes, they cost more, but are the best in my opinion. They work.
