I took it daily to try turkey tail mushrooms. Not sure if it did help with immunity as I did get sick. Packaging was nice. But not sure if I saw the benefit of the superfood. There is no after taste to it and I appreciate that it is vegan. I cannot attest to the quality of ingredients.
