We have been taking 1,000 mcg Mythyl Folate sublingual from a more expensive brand for awhile. We only purchased one bottle of this brand to try out. We found that the micro tablet is very quick to dissolved in my mouth, there's no need to put under tongue. It has refreshing lemon flavour. It's more affordable without compromising in quality. This dissolves quickly, and tastes great. Suspected MTHFR gene variation and low veges consumption due to a SIBO diet mean I need folate. Methyl folate is easier absorbed.

Folic acid is very important for women who can become pregnant. And it can be a little tricky to get as much as you need, because some common foods like tea can disturbe its absorption. I like this product because I can take full tablet or a half of it according to my food consumption and whether I’ve got folate from other sources (most women also don’t need too much of folate, so more can be not better). So I’m glad that I don’t have to buy it in different doses. I also trust the KAL brand.
