These taste so good! I haven't tried these consistently enough to know if they work for my anxiety but for the most part I have felt pretty good when taking them. Will report back as things go!

Other kids use melatonin fine but didn’t work for my daughter. This has, and theanine also can help. Paired with melatonin and its lights out. But even without it works. She is 8 and can be still awake struggling after midnight so it’s a lifesaver. Melatonin gave her nightmares.

I’ve bought these twice and the first batch were pinkish but next bottle they were paler and I feel like they don’t work as well ? I usually only take a quarter of a pill and after half hour I’m relaxed and sleep, I only use them now and again. The new bottle they hardly do anything and I don’t know what’s changed.
