I've been taking this magnesium supplement for a few weeks. It helps with muscle cramps and gives me more energy during the day. The tablets are a bit large, but I can manage to swallow them with water. I haven't noticed any side effects, which is great. Overall, it's a solid product that supports my daily routine. Magnesium malate is helpful for energy and to detox aluminum. The tablet is a bit big so not the easiest to swallow for some. I usually break the tablet into thirds because 200mg is a lot.
Good quality, size is so suitable, enough for your daily magnesium portion, with no taste which is a good thing, really helpful for the quality of sleep, muscle and joint .. many benefit .. pa

size of tablet is but huge for certain tablet.quality of the magnesium malate is great as well as absorptoon percentile.it come is light grey platic package. I feel the benefits on my joint and muscle. I am not sure of ths taste as I did not feel any taste.
The size of tablet is big. The choice of magnesium salt was based on the recommendation that malate is reported to be more effective for muscle tension behind. My mum reported good result with relief of muscle tension behind her right knee after taking for a week . I would consider this to be a good quality product to recommend to friends and relatives
