I like it. But be careful, this gives me a bad headache if I try to take it every day. Once a week and I'm fine.
I always look for products with none to minimal 'other' ingredients. I was very impressed with the K Complete ingredients. Taking 3 very small in size tablets at once is a very easy dosage.
