Been sprinkling it into smoothies, baking cookies, and even yogurt for a few weeks. The shreds are fine and moist without being soggy, super fresh coconutty flavor, no sulfites or junk. Easy to store in the fridge, lasts ages

This is quality coconut. It’s delicious. I use it in my baking. Toss them into my cereal and I make ice cream with a two yummy stuff.

Great that it’s unsweetened — no extra sugar messing with recipes or smoothies. The texture is good: fine shreds that mix well without being too chunky or stringy. I’ve tossed it in oatmeal, yogurts, and baked goods, and it adds a subtle coconut flavor without overpowering things. Also, the fact it’s organic makes me feel like it’s a cleaner choice. Would be good if flakes were even finer so they blend more smoothly in drinks. But overall, I think it’s a solid coconut product. Beneficial to include in diet but do read the labels if it is suitbable for you.

Super product, I will definitely order it again, I recommend it to everyone, the packaging is of high quality, and the ingredients are excellent. Fast delivery, everything arrived in good condition and was well packaged !!!

If you're seeking a healthy and flavorful addition to your baking, look no further than this shredded coconut! I'm particularly fond of using it in my gluten-free coconut cookie recipe, where it forms the heart of the cookie alongside almond flour. The natural sweetness and distinct coconut flavor really come through, making for a delicious and guilt-free treat.

The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Would definitely recommend this brand 😍 and the price is very reasonable. Tastes amazing, adds flavor to everything. The quantity is massive it can last you for a year. The ingredients are same as the written on the bottle. Packaging is very friendly and easy to use. I use it for variety of recipes
