I have very hard time getting to sleep. I have relied on 2 capsules of this cherry/grape seed blend for a long time to help destress. It works better than melatonin ever could. It just relaxes you if you take it within 30-45 minutes of bedtime. Along with theanine, usually will put me to sleep. I highly recommend it. I have tried others, but this blend seems to work best.
