Taking postpartum to help with recovery from blood loss. Very few of these products omit peppermint so I was thrilled to find this one. As a breastfeeding mom I don’t want to risk consuming large amounts of peppermint which can hinder milk supply. This product seems to be helping and I have not experienced any unwanted side effects. Also appreciate the dose is divided into two caps so I started easing into it with the half dose. It seems to have quality ingredients and be a great superfood!
