I have found this to be a really helpful product. It really works, I haven't slept this well in years. I suffer chronic insomnia and have all my life and I honestly find this to be more helpful and less side effects (if any) compared to prescription sleeping tablets. Everyone is different but if you do have trouble getting to sleep I highly recommend you give this a try
I love this product and mainly use a few quick sprays if I wake at 2 or 3 am and just need a few more hours sleep. It’s a lifesaver for the inability to sleep due to menopause. It’s also easy to take with you anywhere and lasts me ages.
I really like this Nature's Plus Melatonin Spray. Have tried others in the past and they didn't work as well as this one. Like the taste much better too. Sprays are a superior way to take melatonin than tablets or capsules as you can get the dose more precise. For regular use 6mg or even 3mg tablets are overkill for many people. I find just one 1.5mg spray a good dosage, but you can use more if your sleep schedule is out. The Vitamin E, B6 and particularly GABA are beneficial additions not found in most other melatonin sprays too.
I'm definitely not convinced gaba is useful; and I could do without the mint flavoring; but while I'm also not convinced the cofactors are significantly enhancing bioavailability, I still like the idea of adding phosphatidylcholine; because, having fat around the mel may help preserve it?
