I purchased it because I have tried and liked the conditioner. Originally I wanted to buy the largest size but I was a bit put off by the negative comment; hence I went for the medium size. I used it the first time today and my hair has never felt so good! I didn’t blow dry my hair and yet my fair hair feel light yet bouncy. It gave my hair volume like how it advertised and my hair feel soft as silk! Of course this is just my first try and for shampoo you have to use for a week or so to really tell. So I shall update this if anything changes - I really hope not as I’m loving it so far! P.S. I have been wanting to try a hair product with papaya extract ever since I watched friends when I was a kid (if you know which episode you’d know). Papaya extract is so good for your hair and it comes also with tangerine butter, I mean, it sounds delicious (for your hair) just to hear it!

My hair is very thin and oily and this shampoo is very good for me. I wash my hair every day with any shampoo so I cannot tell if it can make it stay clean longer. But it definitely works good. I also like the orange smell though I don't like the package, for me it is not very convenient, but not the worst.

I use this shampoo every the other days. Lather is satisfied and gives nice volume to my hair. One thing down is weak scent but doesn’t matter. I don’t need conditioner after shampooing. Smooth enough. I wish iherb sells big size of Giovanni shampoo products.
