I really liked these probiotics. The quality is absolutely top-notch, and I can tell they are made with great care. After taking them regularly, I’ve noticed that my digestion has improved, and I feel lighter and more energized throughout the day. It’s like my stomach and overall system have had a reset. Another bonus is that I’ve never experienced constipation while taking these; quite the opposite, my bowel movements have become regular and stable. Switching to a different brand without this range of strains for a little while then returning to this probiotic proved it was in fact this brand. No other changes had been made when I started taking it, and I take 1 daily.

I was recommended to get probiotics and this is vegan and I really do love it. I feel like it gets the job done. It’s not too expensive, but there are brands that I like locally that I get now but it is a good option if you want to get it online.
