Women's Probiotic, 60 Vegan Capsules

This supplement is great for women. The ingredients and quality are great. There is no magnesium stearate, which is one of the reasons I bought it. Good for the gut, aids in digestion, and constipation. Size is not very big to swallow and there is hardly any taste to it since they are encapsulated.

I am someone who has crohns disease, and at the time i bought this probiotic for the first time, i also had some problems with my menstruation, and I had really painful one. After I have started to drink this probiotic, my menstruations were less painful, and my stomach really took great this probiotic, so I would recommend it. It has great quailty ingrediants, size is great, and great as a supplement. I purchased it again.

It took a while to see results. As for my gut I noticed less gas and less bloating after I ate. As for digestion I have no problems in that department, but I will say I go more frequently than before. Even when I am on my cycle, I notice it smelled less down there. The packaging is definitely a plus since I like glass, not that is it important. If this helps, I take one in the morning with iron before I eat.

I am really happy with this product. Just to give more details, I am young healthy woman, I don't have any infections and my hygiene habbits are good :). But after starting taking these probiotics within a week I noticed that I don't smell "down there" like at all - even after whole day it's just neutral warm body smell, that't all. As I said, I never had any infections etc, but I have this slight musky smell, that I did not really like. Now it's gone! I feel way more confinent with my husband too, before I was more self conscious even if I just showered. 10/10, would reccomend to my female friends and family members
