When I purchased this, I *needed* L-methylfolate and I *wanted* biotin. At the time I didn't realize it, but the potency of the methylfolate is pretty low - while the potency of the biotin is strikingly high. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish it, because the balance did not sit well on my stomach, but it's just as much well bc now I know I would've needed to take extra to get the methylfolate I needed, which would have never flown due to how much biotin is in each dose.
