Even though the refresh is the refresh and it’s taste is amazing, from all protein based powders that I’ve tried out so far, this ticks all the boxes. Has all the nutrients, ingredients that I’m looking for, on a top notch quality with high end benefits for gut, muscles and overall health! Perfectly mix plant based composition that is good for any workout, lifestyle or diets, depending on your goal. Would keep this on my shopping list for a long time.

Best plant-based protein in the market. The ingredients are of high quality, and I could feel the benefits when I started taking it. The effects showed quickly especially for building muscle, and I quite like the vanilla taste too. Recommended for all ages, especially with this smaller size making it easy to carry around too.

Seeing improvement of hair and skin too! Taste is neutral with unflavoured! Love it. I mix it in a blender with collagen, soaked chia seeds, honey, cinnamon and dandelion root powder! So delicious and healthy!

its just a perfect size packed with ingredients that are required. quality of a product is amaizing and easy to digest...perfect diet after and before workout with great benefits for a good lifestyle great taste to achieve my goal . Plant food is the best!

I really like this product after many years of trying to find the perfect protein shake. I use it in the AM as meal replacement on weekdays. I feel good after I drink it with energy and no unpleasant side effects such as bloating, abdominal pain or unpleasant aftertaste. I sometimes also add frozen fruit and dehydrated beet powder, sometimes raw nuts. I do not feel hungry afterwards and can go a couple of hours before my usual snack.

I ordered it because it was recommended to me to be the healthiest vegan protein powder and with those ingredients it really is. The size of the package is great and the little spoon inside helps to get a good dosage. The flavour is good but a bit sweet to my taste
