We are taking this every morning before going to work, this way we never forget. This is a kind of insurance to not miss out on any important nutrients when not eating wide variety of greens/veggies regularly.
I have been using Greens First for years...And take a double dosage when I am going to be exerting a lot of energy.
perfect for veg replacement for my son who dislike veg
I like the ingredients; full of superfood. The quality is high
great for those times the veggies intake is low, or even just to add some extra goodness. nice clean ingredients, nice variety. kind of expensive but I'd purchase again on sale.
It's definitely 1 of the best quality capsules on iHerb because of the amount of the organic superfood inside, definitely overpriced for me so wait for sale. The biggest minus, and that's why I put 4 stars, it's the fact that the daily amount you need to take is 6 capsules, while they are huge and I just physically can't push so many a day. As I'm not eating vegetables almost at all, I felt improvement in my health, skin and condition.
Bought before in other packaging and now I compare 2 old and new and even colours of the capsules are different and box not so nice as it was before visually. Not happy with such a changes and I not try new product in new packaging but already saw not like.
I have had improvements from after 1 week, I am 54 years of age and my mottled skin on my face has gone, they taste like greens if you bit the cap but as caps no taste at all, I mix them with a few other tablets for my daily diet and regiment, I believe the benefits are great and quality is on good
Love the combinations of all great ingredients, especially oat barn which not exists in many other products. Feel good after several days of using. Good quality.
Excellent quality and a great way to get your daily superfood intake. I love the clean ingredient list—it's been a perfect addition to my routine.
