I have been using this product since COVID, and I think it is great in protecting you from illness and all the usual viral infections we are exposed to on a daily basis. It is very effective although the taste is rather bitter. I mix it with cherry juice and take it with breakfast every day. If I miss a day I notice the difference. This is a quality product.
