Flaxseed Oil, 1,000 mg, 90 Softgels

Linseed oil, also known as flaxseed oil or flax oil, is a colourless to yellowish oil obtained from the dried, ripened seeds of the flax plant. The main ingredient is, of course, flax seed, but with the added bonus of having fish gelatin (tilapia). This helps me maintain a healthy balance of good for you fatty acids. Really great amount, 90 soft gels. So, at one soft gel a day, this lasts 3 months (woo hoo!). Flax seed oil easily oxidizes, and ca rapidly becomes rancid, with an unpleasant odor, unless refrigerated. On that note, knowing this, I keep mine in the refrigerator. I normally do this because my kitchen gets over a 100°F in the summer. I take mine first thing in the morning with water before heading out to work. No upset stomach and no weird burps like I get with Omega 3 from fish oils (my kids are happy about this one).

didn't know until after trying, I'm allergic to oil, so got side effects and this is not the best supplement for what I need if for. Nothing against the product. I found it by googling, should've asked Dr first! (I need a liver cleanse product called that, not a stand alone ingredient as it won't work for me).

I love that it’s vegan allergy friendly however it does have an aftertaste which really bothers me it’s definitely worth the purchase i do recommend however the chocolate flavor better

Not bad, unsure if I noticed it helped with anything at all, at the time I was vegetarian and now I will do what I need to, to meet my nutritional needs and just have high quality fish oil. The good thing was that these are easy to swallow and a soft gel cap and they don't taste of anything really

I take this to help with cholesterol. I like that I only need to take one pill. and it really really helps. it's easy to swallow. the benefit of only having to take one pill makes it easy and cost efficient. the Omega-3 helps keep the cholesterol down.
