I was worried after I ate the first one because it didn't taste pretty great. Then I kept going with it and I got over the taste. It's just kind of chalky but TUMS are too and I feel like these ones are healthier in some sense. My overall digestion and stomach feels better!

Enzimes that help to digest proteins and, usually, strong/heavy meals. Help for stomach and colon, but not miracolous. I mean, you can eat a little more or havving better digestion but you need be careful if you suffer from irritatible colon.

I bought this product and I'm very disappointed because I noticed sucralose was added, and I think it would be better to add a natural ingredient instead. Maybe use monk fruit or stevia. So I cannot recommend this item. We did not notice this ingredient, otherwise we wouldn't have purchased this product.

I have been struggling with my bloating for the last twenty years, tried almost everything , natural remedies , medications and colonics.. I can tell this medication helps with the bloating but not instant, i take two pills before sleep and i feel better in the morning.. I will keep on using it but its not an emergency medication..

The quality of this enzyme is great and it taste like a candy and it is very helpfull when you eat a lot of fruit
