I get that annoying eye twitch sometimes. Usually it lasts a few minutes and gone. Then I've had it last a day, but at one point I had it last weeks and I was about to go nuts. It wasn't too bad but it was enough to drive you crazy. I have a nurse customer/friend and she recommended CoQ10 100mg daily. I read up on CoQ10 and couldn't see anything that would help an eye twitch but she's the nurse and I trust her so I ordered a bottle. Within 5 days the eye twitch was gone! Coincidence or not I don't care because it was gone. Fast forward and my old bottle of CoQ10 expired but the eye twitch started coming back. Rather than wait for it to get to the point it had last time I ordered a bottle of CoQ10 from iherb which was super fresh and had an expiration date of 7/23 which is plenty of time to use the bottle. I take it daily at lunch and so far so good! Not saying this will help your eye twitch but it's worked for me and even my Mom when she had the same issue not too long ago.
