400mg softshells, come as described. nice option for high dose magnesium without having to take multiple pills every day. this is a very large pill but the softshell prevents it from sticking or having a bad taste.

This is my favorite magnesium by far. I feel like I have tried them all. This works quite well to help me with my digestion and stress. I take one pill at night with or after dinner. The pills are on the larger side, and easy to swallow. Two pills is okay occasionally for me. Your mileage may vary. I’m so glad iherb carries this. I had initially bought mine at a local drugstore for several dollars more . But I’ve been getting my subsequent bottles here.
