Great strength of product! Take dose and swirl around mouth first for improving Dental/Gum health before swallowing!!! Recently took this as the ONLY product with my Detox tea when body aches like migraine started one morning. Took 3 medicine cup doses... then 2 hours later took 3 more. I have used the oregano oil from this most trusted brand for a several years now and it works great for my symptoms of candida and cold like symptoms. I thought I would give this a go for an everyday use. So far so good.
This is good but a little weak I wanted to try the oil but I've read that it's too strong so will just continue to use this the only thing I notice is whenever I drank this I get a little sleepy.
