I love this!!! Its literally a superfood that added to your diet benefits your health and adds in your greens intake in a powder. It has a great taste, the packaging is useful and convenient. Since using the greens powder, my energy levels have improved. I mix it with protein powder and have a delicious breakfast ready made!
For a greens powder, this is surprisingly drinkable. The orange flavor helps a lot, though you can still tell it’s a greens product. It mixes pretty well, especially if you use a shaker or blend it into a smoothie. I used it most on days when my diet wasn’t great and I wanted something “extra” in a simple way.
