This must be the best pre-workout I've ever had. The dosage is perfect to deliver that pump that I need on tougher days at the gym. I can definitely see the benefits of taking it before leg days. The taste isn't pleasant, though. However, despite all this, I am unsure if I would buy this again as the poor packaging allows humidity to seep in and ruins the efficacy of the product.

First of all I was skeptical, low price, no stim, but after first use was really surprised. Really good pump, I felt like my chest is going to explode. If you want a crazy pump this is for you! Great pumps and vascularity. Using this with my pre-workout always feels stronger and helps me hit my goals in later sets. I use unflavored because I mix it with pre-workout. Mixes pretty well in a shaker bottle and doesn't interfere with the taste of whatever I'm stacking it with. Highly recommended!

this seems like a good product but this unflavored was hard to choke down. I'm going to try one of the flavored ones next. The pump was amazing regardless of taste

The supplements is good for intense workout and the taste is good it gives you high energy overall the quality is great.
