The product is great! I try to reduce use of plastic containers in general. I used same product in plastic bottle before and realized they come in a bag. In Japan many supplements do come in bags. Yes they are also plastic but much less than bottles. I hope more companies will come up with better ideas of reducing plastic containers.
The quality and ingredients in this supplement are very good. I stopped taking them for a while because I was feeling bloated at night. I’m not sure this was causing my problem, but I stopped all supplements to see if the supplements were causing it. I will resume at a different time.
The tablets are a big too small, I think they could be bigger, but I feel this is a good product. It has almost no taste. packaging is minimalist which is good. I think it effects me well.
