I've tried a number of probiotics that don't contain histamine producing species like L. casei. This one controls my mast cell symptoms (hives and itching) better than anything I've tried. The emphasis on L. rhamnosus is probably the key. Makes an enormous difference to my quality of life.

This probiotics is recommended for the use of those who suffer from ibs/ sibo. Helps with the intestines health. I take this before food on empty stomach. Not too sure about the effect of it but i take hoping for health of my microbiome and hopefully digestion of food. Easy to take size of pill is acceptable
