I appreciate the use of organic Pullulan capsules, which I find to be a better choice than synthesized “veggie capsules” (which I usually try to avoid). Even consuming only the contents of the capsule tastes fine (as most of clean probiotics) The package contains 10 clinically studied probiotic strains, including SOBs, in a strength of 60 billion CFU per serving (size: 2 capsules). Additionally, it provides 1.2 g of a superfood blend and 1,300 IU of vitamin D3 (from natural source) supporting gut microbiome health, digestion, and overall well-being. While it’s a little bit pricey for a one-month supply with just 10 strains, the quality and formulation make it a worthwhile choice.

Anything ancient nutritionals is a good product. I like how you can feel the difference in just one bottle and if your chemical conscious this is the way to go.
Don't put this in your coffee, you need a better disguise like in your smoothie, tastes like old wet cardboard mixed with vanilla but I love how its organic and the health benefits are amazing. I buy the other non organic one for my coffee and this one for smoothies.

I have been taking this for couple of months, and my digestion and IBS has improved. Less bloating and discomfort. A little expensive, but I try to diversify my probiotics intake.

I was suffering from UTI for a couple of years and tried numerous natural strategies to overcome them a combination of Urinary X , and this probiotic alternating with Thorne Women's daily probiotic for 3 months seems to have helped.
