This is an excellent prebiotic powder for anyone looking to improve gut health, while avoiding upset stomach, disaster pants, and bloating. The benefits are noticeable fast, including less bloating, quality of bowel movements, less gas (and no to significantly reduced odor), better digestion, and more. If you have had bad bloating experiences with probiotic supplements in the past, try starting with this prebiotic first to give your gut time to adjust/prepare for receiving probiotics.

After years of antibiotic use, my gut issues had escalated and cause too many issues. Started using many supplements including probiotics and enzymes, but only after I incorporated prebiotics was when things really improved. After many years, don't use probiotic or enzyme supplements regularly, but continue to use this product. It gives the gut fuel for the good bacteria to thrive and increase mineral absorption. Promotes a healthy gut microbiome and a stronger immune system. As many have stated, all the way back to Hippocrates, all disease starts in the gut. Not 100% true, but when your gut is healthy, your health is greatly improved. The consistency of this product has been excellent and high quality. It does not have much taste which makes it easy to mix into a protein shake or smoothy, which is how I take it. Never tried mixing it into food. 1 scoop is around $0.50/serving which makes it a great value. Initially chose this one because it has 3 different ingredients. Others have 1 or 2 and they did not work as well. This product has made a difference in my life and my gut was finally healed and I now very rarely have any gut issues. I attribute much of it to incorporating this product. Highly recommended.

I am really liking this powder. The flavor is so tame, it hardly tastes like anything to me, and the powder is very fine. This all makes it so convenient to add to things and easier to consume. It does seem to give me some digestive support as well. I really like mixing this into protein shakes or protein bar recipes. The quality seems wonderful. I love that there is more than 1 type of fiber in this, as I tend to look for blends with more than 1 fiber source since our gut needs a variety of different fibers. I love this company too and respect the company a lot.

Fine powder with almost no taste. It mixes smoothly into water, yogurt, or a smoothie and is easy on the stomach. I started with half a scoop for a few days, then a full scoop, and noticed less bloating and more regularity. Ingredient list is clean with no unnecessary additives. The jar seals well and includes a scoop. Excellent quality and value. Five stars.
