i bought this for my husband but he told me it taste awful then he stopped to drink 😕…. i think the taste s ok when u drink the second time but it taste bitter though but i don’t know if its effective until he willing to drink this everyday n take blood test for A1C … but now i dont know if he wants to drink this tea again 😓

The tea blend quality is good the taste and ingredients is nice I used once a day / serving me once , frequently not good for a breastfeeding, the size, packaging are suitable. Benefits . Caffeine , taste strong but it is beneficial for diabetic patients, be safe and eat natural sweetener only

I like this product actually I buy again first in Jordan with my sister and this is the second time I buy three bags no any distention smooth ...benefits I examine my Hba1C level 5.2the result I am very happy nice package but the size number of sachet little I hope with the price to increase the sachet no to 30 pieces with same price I use it two times per day given feel of fullness you can hold eating for 8 hours accepted taste I added a tea bag with gymnema tea bag and I drink it easily good quality tea bag gymnema keep looking in appearance the ingredient components of the bag are good the main product herbs have no artficial l contents in the tea bag caffeine ....I don't recognize if there is caffeine but I don't feel I want to sleep frequency I used to take two bag per day I recommended for people try to hold the Suger and who under diet

Took this every other day before taking desserts over about a month but couldn’t really feel a difference in blood sugar levels. Quite bitter-tasting with a powdery aftertaste, but it’s generally ok.
