These mushrooms changed my life! So many benefits. I have focus like never before and my mood and energy level is fantastic. I use it blend with my caffeinated coffee. Don’t go a day without it! Tastes great! Quality ingredients. Package is cute and small so easy to trace with.
I think this has changed slightly since I bought it, with a new package and name, but it seems to be essentially the same. I love it. I used it for several months and put a scoop in tea or coffee. Can't taste it in coffee, and makes the tea interesting- I liked it. I felt that it really helped with my health and immunity, and just knowing the good stuff is in me feels good. Haven't bought in a while as it is pricey. Good to look out for a sale or wait for the winter months.
This high-quality organic mushroom powder, made from pure mushroom extracts sourced from the fruiting body without mycelium, not only delivers excellent health benefits but also impresses with its versatile taste and ease of use. Its rich blend of medicinal mushrooms offers a myriad of health benefits. Size of the package is enough for 30 servings.
I really like Four Sigmatic products & their overall philosophy. This blend contains a comprehensive array of medicinal mushrooms - including chaga, reishi, cordyceps, lion's mane amongst others - well-documented for their therapeutic benefits and positive impact on the immune system; also includes a modest dose of vitamin c sourced from rosehips. Earthy flavour combines well with coffee, chai, cacao, etc. *** Please 'like' this review if U found it helpful***
The product is good but packaging is lacking seal. It’s a sticky powder therefore the small spoon sticks and it should be easier to pout it out slowly.
A good mushroom mix, like most products made by this company.
iHerb should create a new product for this item instead of as a replacement for the old item. I have been ordering the Four Sigmatic "Protect" mushroom blend from iHerb for many years. I come back to restock after a few months to find this new product in my list. I have never ordered this before. If I wanted probiotics I would order probiotics. I wanted a mushroom blend from a mushroom company. Very sad to see this change.
Super product, I will definitely order it again, I recommend it to everyone, the packaging is of high quality, and the ingredients are excellent. Fast delivery, everything arrived in good condition and was well packaged !!!
I put this in everything! subtle taste great in hot chocolate and soup
Four Sigmatic Protect Organic Mushroom Blend is a fantastic addition to my daily routine! I love that it’s made with high-quality organic ingredients and contains a powerful blend of functional mushrooms for immune and cognitive support. It’s caffeine-free and easy to mix into smoothies, coffee, or even water. I feel like it gives me an extra boost of natural energy and mental clarity without any jitters. Great taste, clean ingredients, and a brand I trust — highly recommend for anyone looking to strengthen their wellness routine naturally!
