I like the chewable tablet because calcium tablets tend to be large and I have difficulty with swallowing some of the larger products. This doesn't leave an unpleasant aftertaste as some do.

I like that this supplement combines calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and K2 in one formula. The chewable tablets are convenient if you don’t like swallowing large pills, and the orange flavor is decent, though a bit chalky at times. I’ve noticed less muscle tension and it feels supportive for bones and overall wellbeing. The dose is on the higher side, so I recommend spreading them throughout the day. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality and balanced formula.
