I've been taking a Calcium-Magnesium supplement for a couple of years, but wanted to find something with less filler ingredients. I settled on this one. The dosage of the other brand was 1:1, 500mg a pill, so I didn't think much of the dosage of this one. I started with 300mg a day. I soon noticed I would get nauseous. It took me a few days to realize this was the cause of my nausea. I reduced the dosage to 100mg twice a day. Still, I got nauseous after the 2nd dosage no matter how far apart in the day the two dosages were. The only safe dosage for now is 100mg a day -_- I don't think I will purchase this again.
