This powdered form of vitamin C is much gentler on my stomach compared to ascorbic acid, and it doesn’t cause the diarrhea that I’ve experienced with other forms. I’ve been taking it for recurring bleeding gums, and after just one month of use, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the frequency of bleeding when I floss. I'm taking about 1,000 mg in total per day separately twice a day. This brand has clean ingredients which I feel safe to use with their quality.
