I like that this K2 is naturally made from chickpeas and that there are only 2 other natural ingredients in it. I also like the lower dose of 45 mcg rather than the usual 100-120 mcg. So far I have had no side effects and am taking this with the algae plant-based Vit D3.
Safe ingredients and a good price. Easy to take, either on its own or with liquid. Taste seems neutral, nothing bothersome about it. Also, I love how accurate the nozzle on the bottle is. Drops do come out slowly and you'll have to wait a second or two before each drop falls, but that's actually a good thing because you don't get any accidental extra drops.
Dr recommended myself and hubby to take along with our vitamin D3! We take 200 to 300 mcg per day. This is a high quality supplement & highly recommend!
Been using Carlson vitamin K2 for over a quarter now, I love that the dosage is just 2 drops and is very well combined with vitamin D3 (liquid form). You have to be a bit patient when the product is running out for the drops to come down but honestly it’s a no issue. The overall quality doesn’t disappoint either, stays good for a pretty long time and easy on the stomach as well, no specific taste

The ingredients are very clean, there are no nasty additives. And the taste is not bad at all! This is a second favourite to me after the Thorne K2. The dosage could be bigger, but still it’s a great value for the price.
