About dosage you should consult with professional, but don’t cross 20000 mark. Package made of plastic which is not a benefit for non capsuled product. But it can be partially neglected if the age of it is not big. If you want to bring it for your fitness exercise or workout you should know that box size is not big and comfortable to carry around.It is a good product and can become a great addition to your diet. It can help with your hair, skin and bones health. Effect is slow, but it is present.

my kids don't complain when consuming this product so i assume it doesn't taste bad. it doesn't turn rancid at room temperature and the quality seems to maintain despite being opened for a while. the drops do take quite some time. i'll be sticking to this product.
