This Muesli, like all of Bob's Red Mill products, is superb! All ingredients are of good quality and the packaging keeps the muesli fresh. The only reason this doesn't garner 5 stars from me, is the coconut -- I don't really care for coconut. But, that's what keeps this product perfect for the pale diet!!
This is paleo but not super low sugar and not keto due to the dried fruits in it. It tastes great. I mix it with more coconut and only have small portions. Good company.

I thought this would be more like a granola, but it is really just a lot of flaked coconut and dried fruits, which is nice if you let it sit with your yogurt for a long time and soften, but it’s not the crunchy granola one might have thought

I really love the Muesli and granola varieties from this brand. There hasn't been one I've disliked. This grain free one is a particular favourite of mine. So delicious and a super healthy start to your day. I love it with kefir yoghurt and a mix of berries. It's a little bit up there in price but totally worth it.
