I got this to help with the absorption of the rest of my supplements. However it comes with a catch as bioperine is known to block dht which will affect your testosterone. I started taking these after having a torn retina sack in an attempt to not only improve my eye health but in hopes of eliminating the floaters from the torn retina sack.
