Prefer Doctor's Best
I tried these because they were cheaper and a smaller tablet size than Doctor's Best brand of chelated magnesium.
I didn't notice any tangible difference with this product. The Doctor's Best brand magnesium has been one of the very
few products with which I have noticed a difference in regard to anxiety and calmness. Since the Doctor's Best magnesium
tablets are very large, I am now considering the powder from the same brand. There was no noticeable change in bowel habit using this product at normal to moderate doses.

Supreme magnesium supplement!
Albion laboratories fully reacted magnesium bisglycinate is the only magnesium I have tried that is well absorbed and stays absorbed in the cells better than other forms of magnesium, and has a minimal laxative effect. The key is to take the correct dose for a person's needs. The way to do this is the start off with the suggested dose, and add 50mg daily for a week and repeat as long as the bowels tolerate it.
