We use this every day 1/4tsp dose in our oatmeal and we can't taste it! (That's good!, it's sour a little bitter on its own but doesn't overwhelm when added to other things). We use for antioxidant benefits. So far great quality ingredients from this brand.

I have bought so many products from this brand, quality is excellent across the board. It is a big package considering the recommended dose is 1 tbspoon per day. I couldn’t get used to the taste, had to take it with tea to mask it.
