These probiotic packets are a total game-changer for getting my four-year-old to take her supplements. She loves the mixed berry flavor and thinks the "pixie dust" is so much fun to sprinkle on her yogurt. I've noticed she seems to bounce back from tummy bugs much quicker since we started using them. Ease of use, just pour all powder into the mouth. Not all kids like the taste but its doesnt taste bad at all. Quality a little less than other powder compared to other powder form of probiotic. But supposingly taking one powder form of probiotic is better than taking candies
