My daughter is 2 and half aand has severe constipation, i honestly think it has been helping her alot i give it to her in the morning one sachet a day, maybe if i increase her dosage it would be even better. With lots of fruit and water it has been helping 👍🏻 her discharge is not the softest but it sooo much better
