I usually take these in capsule form. I decided to try the liquid to see which I prefer. I found better results with the capsules, although both are helpful. I take these for help with stress and sleep and find it helps me get back to sleep when I wake up after a few hours of sleep.
The quality is very good! I can’t even complain and the size is also good! It has its benefits but too early to tell. There is no taste since it is a capsule as well! The ingredients appear good as well! There are no complaints really so all good!
