There is no single supplement that can do all the things that grape seed extract does. It is one of the most potent antioxidants ever tested, yet it is amazingly safe and well-tolerated. I would recommend ANY grape seed extract to ANYONE, at any time--that's how good it is. The Terry Naturally product, however, stands apart above the others because of its low molecular weight, making it more easily absorbed (and thus more potent). Taking 1-4 per day will benefit anyone. Take any time of the day, with food or without (I take one mid-day and one at bedtime). I use it to maintain my aging skin. But OPC have many more health benefits. Grape seed oil is rich in an ingredient called oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC). The name is not important but what it does is. OPC removes free radicals and promotes the restoration of collagen within the cells. After prolonged use, your skin should look firmer and fresher.
Please do not take OPC on an empty stomach if you have stomach ulcer or stomach inflammation . I took it for the first time and my stomach hurts badly . It took me a week to heal it . I am not going to buy again .
Been taking this grape seed supplement for years and the quality has always been consistent. My only complaint is the packaging...they have much larger bottles than what is needed for the amount of capsules inside. I usually buy 2 at a time and condense.
The fact that this is tannin free is everything, the best quality I could find. I trust this brand.

Generally, they say OPC is good for health, so I would like to test. have got about one bottle of OPC month ago. Seems no obvious improvement, but I would like to try more. May feedback later.
