This is not the cheapest Grape Seed Extract but it certainly is the finest one available in my opinion. It is very high quality and works. I like that it is specifically FRENCH Grape Seed Extract as this specific type has been found in studies to be most potent. It is easy to take and has no after effects or bad taste. I take it for overall health and as an anti-inflammatory. I also buy it for my father who takes it for cardiovascular health (he is a cardiac patient). We have tried other brands and other types of Grape Seed Extract but always come back to this one because it truly provides the most benefits. So, even though it is a little more expensive when you buy it, it actually works as it should, therefore we feel that in the long run it is saving money, not to mention our health!

I take this with other polyphenols luke resveratrol and vitamin c. I notice glowy skin and my sun burn dark spit seems to lighten a lot. Good quality.
