This progesterone cream is one of the best I’ve tried! It goes on easily without making a mess and there’s no scent to it. I just wish you could see how much is left in the bottle so you know when you’re getting low. Hence the 4 start rating.

This has helped me level out my lower progesterone levels. I use it together with cream that contains estrogen and it seems to work really well with my menopausal issues. the pump size takes a whole minute to rub into the skin. At first, it seems like it will never absorb. eventually, it does absorb just takes time. Has no smell. It does help a little with PMS symptoms or perimenopausal mood swings. relaxing and helps me sleep great. The 4 stars is because it takes time for it to absorb.

Been adding this to my personal progesterone therapy routine as a backup, has minimal scent, I don’t feel much difference but I do feel some improvements when taking it, I wish it came in higher dosage options for those of who need the extra boost, I hope it has good benefits on my hormonal journey.
